GWG/GOMPR Open Mic Evening
Join us for another edition of our GOMPR-GWG Open Mic Evening, as the Geneva Writers Group joins forces with Geneva Open Mic Poetry Readings for a shared night of words, voices, and community.
This is a relaxed, welcoming evening where writers and listeners alike are invited to gather in a supportive atmosphere.
Come share your work in a friendly, comfortable place with eats and drinks!
* Everyone is welcome to read. Any style of your own written work: poetry, prose, non-fiction, etc… * English readings only for this event. * Five minute limit. Strict. * Sign up on site at 7pm in the basement performance space. (Registration from this page is just to help with attendance numbers - you can come and just listen or read - you decide on-site).
* Please order at least one drink (if you can) to thank the establishment for the free use of its space.
Readers are encouraged to arrive early to sign up.
Attendance is free, and no prior experience is required—whether you’d like to read or simply come to listen and connect, you’re very welcome.
